I decided to mix it up a bit though, instead of using a fabric stem I decided to use a real one and I also liked the idea of using rich fabrics, so I picked a shantung silk and a couple of soft velvets..
The kids got in on the action as well.. I decided to not stuff them so full and to make them have a bean bag bottom.. so Hailie put the beans in
and Luke put in just the right amount of stuffing... they had so much fun doing it and they were really helpful!

I was having fun decorating the house for fall and I was thinking these could be out all the way through Thanksgiving. 
This was a fun project and I didn't really have anything "fallish" ever to decorate the house with.. so now I do, and these also make a great gift too!
