spruced up for Thanksgiving...

Our front entry was looking a little sad this weekend...

Our pumpkins were still out.. (Thanks for the cool bling pumpkin kits Aunt Bonnie!) and all my plants died this summer..

 so I de-blinged the pumpkins and got this metallic spray paint...

and now it looks ready for Thanksgiving....

finally getting chilly in az

so I have been in the mood for baking..the kids have loved it..

some funfetti cookies....

fudge..

and then I saw this recipe at MADE for these chocloate chip pumpkin cookies...man they were good...

diy shelf...

$6 shelf from Micheals..just painted it white...

put hooks in the wall underneath that were only a couple bucks each... 

super easy...and love the way it looks...

I liked the BOO letters I made for Halloween on it..but not sure that I like the THANK letters for Thanksgiving...

first year mommy did not have a say in their costumes (sniff)

I am feeling lazy this year in regards to carving pumpkins with the kids..

Some 99 cent paper letters from Michaels..warm white paint..and a little sand paper...

Now I have my own BOO letters....

impromtu photo shoot...seven and five...

took some shots of the kids the other day..

can't believe how big they are getting...

I also have gotten a couple emails asking if I would be willing to take photos of other families/kids..

I am open to it..if you like what you see on the blog and you understand that I am a complete amateur and you live in Arizona... we can work something out...just email me...

I did a couple shoots already and I just charged 100 bucks...took my time..worked with everyone..then sent them the cd with my edited images and gave them the rights to print to their hearts content...

pretty rough around the edges I  know.. I have a laid back attitude about it though and I really enjoyed it and they were happy with the way the photos turned out ..so everyone has won so far....
