went to Target to check out all the new Liberty of London stuff they got in and found this cute swimsuit for Hailie.... we got home and she wanted to try it on...no problem, then she begged to try it out in the pool...
then of course big brother had to get in on the pool action...crazy kids..

when they got out I asked him if it was cold...
he said "it was a little freezing mom".... lol

first day of spring

called for a project..
I had been eyeing the cute speckled eggs for sale everywhere..
they seemed kind of pricey and I had been noticing on several other blogs everyone had been trying their hands at making them on their own...
so one package of 99 cent eggs..
some paint I had in the house...a toothbrush..
and here are the results

not bad for only costing me 99 cents.. I am happy
I was planning on making some blue and pink but then I ended up loving the tan..
also next time I would definitely use spray paint, I just didn't have any and was trying to keep the project cheap..

and we are finally getting settled into the new house..

just received their new catalog in the mail and they have the perfect Easter dress that is calling Hailie girls name..

this light purple striped shirt on Amazon which will coordinate perfectly with Hailies dress...

I broke down and bought the limited edition Christian Lacroix Evian bottle...
I justified spending that much on a single water bottle by planning on using it for my olive oil..
I bought a shot pourer at Target and retired my ugly plastic Costco bottle...

so pretty.. I love it.. so convenient having it out on the counter now too...

I might have to get the new 2010 Paul Smith one next.. hey the vinegar is feeling left out..

we have been on the hunt for a new printer..
finally decided on the HP Photosmart wireless premium printer..
a bit pricey at $199 but seemed to be worth it for the quality..
it turned out to be hard to find, several Best Buys and online websites out of stock..
found that Staples had it for $124 on Sale... then they also had if you brought in any old printer you would get $50 applied towards a new printer..
small problem... no old printer
across the street to Good Will I went.. 50% off day (nice!).. 9.99 printer..half off..out the door for $4.88
back to Stables.. new printer in cart..checked out..on sale for $124..$50 credit for my Good Will printer.. out the door with the printer for $80 and some cents...

I was lucky this morning to be able to sneak in and take a quick picture of her sleeping..
before she woke up..

and discovered mommy taking pictures of her and "who" her new owl...
